Masters is one of the largest distributors of electronic components in Poland, on the market since 1996. The company offers a full spectrum of services, ranging from electronic component sales to professional technical support, logistics, and manufacturing services. With its own R&D department, Masters provides comprehensive design support throughout the electronic device development process. The company also offers specialized training for engineers, sharing knowledge on the latest technologies. Since 2009, Masters has been the number one distributor of STMicroelectronics in Poland and continues to grow, with a team of over 150 employees.

From 2021 to 2023, SAVY collaborated with Masters to transform and elevate its brand identity both locally and globally. While Masters had already built a robust presence in the industry, the goal was to redefine and sharpen its positioning in a highly competitive market. SAVY’s task was to align the brand with Masters’ evolving business strategy, modernize its image, and create a clear narrative that would resonate with both existing partners and potential new markets.

STRATEGY AND EXECUTION: A FULL-SCALE BRANDING AND MARKETING PARTNERSHIP

  • Brand Identity & Positioning: We started by redefining Masters’ brand identity. From conceptualizing a modern, minimalist logo based on the letter „M”—symbolizing dynamism and electricity—to choosing an elegant sans-serif font and a color palette inspired by Baltic amber, we ensured the brand echoed professionalism and innovation.
  • Marketing Guidelines: New brand guidelines were meticulously developed and maintained to ensure a cohesive look across all media, from corporate stationery to trade show booths and internal signage.
  • Brand Management & Consistency: SAVY led the management for all visual and narrative aspects that were consistently applied and executed across every medium
  • Budget and Planning: SAVY managed the development of annual marketing budgets and strategies, providing Masters with a structured, efficient approach to their marketing investments.
  • Marketing Strategy: Our team prepared and managed annual marketing plans focusing on increasing Masters’ visibility and reinforcing their market position. This involved:
    • Event & Workshop Management: Working alongside Masters’ R&D team and international suppliers, SAVY coordinated events and workshops, strengthening their position as an industry knowledge hub.
    • Public Relations & Communications: We led both internal and external communications, including organizing savoir-vivre workshops to align team standards with brand values.
  • Comprehensive Marketing Execution: We led Masters’ marketing efforts across various channels, including:
    • ATL & BTL Campaigns: Planning and executing advertising campaigns that spanned above and below the line strategies.
    • Creative Direction: Managing a team of designers and printing houses for integrated marketing projects. Production of marketing collateral such as product catalogs, banners, brochures, and , ensuring on-brand execution across all mediums.
    • Partnerships & Channel Development: Developing strategic partnerships with global suppliers like STMicroelectronics, Panjit, Degson, Pulse, SIMCome and more to boost Masters’ visibility and market reach.
  • Social Media & Website Content Management: SAVY took charge of managing Masters’ social media presence and website content, delivering engaging posts, articles, and updates that enhanced brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Articles & Advertisements for Electronic Magazines: Prepared a range of content for industry-specific publications, including articles, banners, and print advertisements that effectively communicated Masters’ expertise and offerings to a wider audience.
  • Rebranding Rollout: As part of the rebranding, we helped Masters update their physical and digital presence, including company signage, direction markers, and branded holiday gifts for employees and clients. Every touchpoint was meticulously designed to reflect the newly defined brand identity.

The rebranding effort resulted in a revitalized Masters brand that was visually striking, strategically aligned, and competitive in both local and international markets. The new logo and visual identity conveyed a modern, forward-thinking approach while staying true to the company’s roots in technical excellence. The cohesive marketing strategy empowered Masters to build stronger relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers, further establishing their dominance in the electronic components industry.
